My name is India. I grew up in Virginia, moved to New York for college and have been living here since. I love food and restaurants and about a year ago that inspired me to go to pastry school, which I graduated from last December. While I’ve yet to brave the kitchen in a professional capacity, it seems I haven’t left my own, and Im constantly cooking, or thinking about cooking or writing about cooking. Just for kicks a picture of me in my chef’s uniform from school, which now sits at the bottom of my closet gathering dust. Clogs were never really my thing. And elastic waistbands are just asking for trouble.
